Zoro Shipping Policy
The standard delivery service is Next Working Day delivery, available for products in stock at the Zoro warehouse. If your order is over ₤20, you qualify for free standard delivery. All other orders will have a delivery charge which is calculated during the checkout process. Delivery dates are shown on individual product pages.
Zoro Return Policy
Purchases made by individual consumers can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@zoro.co.uk. Orders cannot be returned if:
- They were made to any specifications or designs submitted by the customer
- Sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons and were unsealed upon receipt
- Purchased for a business, trade, profession, or craft
